Digital delivery and refunds

Digital products are generally non-refundable after download. Exceptions apply to duplicate purchases, corrupted or unusable downloads, a material mismatch between the product and its published description, and cases where a refund is required by applicable law.

License and support

Commercial use, modification, multiple internal projects, and incorporation into client deliverables are permitted under the supplied license. Redistribution, resale, public source distribution, and repackaging of the Starter Kit itself are prohibited. Support includes reproducible product bugs and documented setup questions; custom development, project-specific integration, consulting, deployment work, SLA, guaranteed response times, perpetual updates, and future third-party compatibility guarantees are excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Matsuyama District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes arising out of or relating to a product, its license, or its purchase, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
